  • If selling give them a way to buy
  • Understand what people want when they visit your site
  • Find ways to get people to return
  • Find applications that save money or provide benefit
  • Use the site to support normal business activities
  • The Internet is a content medium
  • Fancy eye catchers and graphics only drive people away if they want content
Keep in mind...
Visitors are at your site because they want to be, not because you interrupted their favorite show.
